Nominations sought for the newly established Middleton High School Athletic Hall of Fame

MHS Hall of FameMiddleton High School is excited to announce the creation of our Athletic Hall of Fame in an effort to show our gratitude and recognition to the athletes, coaches, and individuals who have significantly contributed to MHS athletics. Names will be forever enshrined on the Viking campus.

To kick off our inaugural year with a strong Viking spirit, three separate classes of honorees will be celebrated at induction ceremonies in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. After this first year, one class will be inducted in subsequent years. The size of each class will vary depending on qualifying nominees.

We are currently seeking nominations to induct our first class for the 2022-2023 school year.  Our committee encourages you to nominate individuals from all sports seasons. We know our own community members will make strong nominations, and we hope that you will help us find those who have shaped Middleton High School's dominance over the years.

In order to maintain the integrity of the Hall of Fame, nominees must exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and moral character. All candidates will be judged on their significant and/or long-term contributions to athletic endeavors. Nominees must have graduated at a minimum of five years prior to the start of the 2022 school year.  In this case, it would be prior to 2017.  All student-athlete individuals should have been in good academic standing upon leaving MHS.  In the case of coaches and contributors, nominees should be at least five years removed from their time with the High School.
