Mrs. Leslie Elliott

Hello!

My name is Leslie Elliott and I am a special education teacher at Purple Sage Elementary in Middleton, Idaho.  I have been a teacher for 11 years.  I began my career in 2005 spending 4 years teaching students with hearing impairments at the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind.  I also taught preschool for Challenger School 2 years.  In 2012, I was thrilled to accept a position teaching in the extended resource Learning Lab in Middleton, where I am today!

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Idaho State University and my Master's Degree in Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing also from Idaho State University.  In 2013, I received my Standard Exceptional Child endorsement.

I have been married to my husband, Matt, for 10 years.  We have two "fur-kids", a yellow lab and a basset hound.  In our free time, Matt and I love to travel, go camping, drive trails in our Jeep, cook and relax at home with a good  movie.  Matt races winged sprint cars at Meridian Speedway during the summer and I love to practice my photography skills.
