Hello! My name is Brandy Hanshew and I have the privilage of being the newest Special Education teacher here at the middle school. I am a Special Education teacher in the Extended Resource or Life Skills program.

I have been teaching for 3 years at Middleton High School in their Extended Resource or Life Skills program and really love my job.  

I hold a bachelors' degree in Elementary and Special Education (k-12) from Boise State University. I am currently in the process of getting my Master's Degree from Ball State University; my degree (when finished) is going to be a Masters in Special Education with an emphasis on Severe Interventions with a Certification in Autism and a Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. 

I am the oldest of two kids and the only one in my family to have a college degree. In my spare time, besides work and my masters program, I love to read, make crafts and hang out with family and friends.
