Pete Dias is a 1992 graduate of Idaho State University and has been teaching and coaching in the Treasure Valley ever since. Coach Dias joined the Middleton High School faculty in 1996 after teaching at Nampa High School the previous four years. Coach Dias was the head baseball coach at MHS from 1996 to 2013. He has also been an assistant in the football program from 1996 to present. Currently Mr. Dias is a Physical Education instructor at MHS. All of Mr. and Mrs. Dias's three children were raised on a small farm outside of town and attended Middleton schools K through 12.
