Hello!  I am excited to welcome you to my room.  The 2017/18 school year is my third year here at Middleton Middle school, and my 11th year in the classroom.  I graduated from Western Governors University in Special Education and Elementary Education.  Previously I worked at Blackfoot High School for seven years.

I love teaching!  I love to see the light in children's eyes when they learn something new.  I began my journey in the classroom in 2006 out of necessity.  I continue because I have developed a passion for inspiring others to achieve their greatest potential.  My journey is similar to my students, I have a disability that made reading difficult for me.  I struggled, and learned to push myself to accomplish my goals.
