Hello!

My name is Morganne Gigray and I am so excited to be a part of the Middleton family to teach 7th and 8th grade Language Arts. I graduated from the University of Idaho (go Vandals!), and got a major in Secondary Education (English) and a minor in English as a New Language (ENL/ESL). I grew up mainly in Caldwell and Middleton; I did my primary and secondary schooling all at Middleton schools, so I am quite familiar with the area and I am so ecstatic to be back! 

Outside of work, you may catch me spending time with my family, friends, or even simply out buying popcorn & candy so I can go back home and have a Netflix binge-fest on my couch. I also love to ski, hike, swim, and spend time in nature! I have 3 cats, who I also love to spend time with. My male cat, Salem, loves to spend time outdoors. So you might catch him on hikes with me or swimming in the McCall lake from time to time! 

Growing up, I always had an urge to teach and help others-- and once I got in the teaching field, I truly knew it was what I was meant to do. I’ve always wanted to help younger generations be successful, so what better way to do that than to directly give them the knowledge and skills to be their best?
