Mrs. Johnna Hammond
I moved to Middleton with my family in 1994 (third grade year) and later graduated from Middleton High school. Throughout my high school years I played softball, basketball, and soccer. Go Lady Vikes! After high school I went to North Idaho College to play softball and after a year I transferred to The College of Idaho where I continued playing softball, as well as pursuing a degree in History and Elementary education. In addition, I completed the Master of Arts in Teaching program through The College of Idaho. Following college I spent five years teaching in Payette, two years in second grade and three years in third grade.
I live in Caldwell with my husband Jordan (also Middleton Alumni), daughter Presley, and son Cash. I love four wheeling, hiking, fishing, basically anything outdoors…oh and watching college sports. Go UNC Tarheels! My favorite music artists are Sam Cooke, Elvis Presley, Leslie Gore, Temptations, Supremes, Dion and the Belmonts, CCR, Johnny Cash, and Don Williams...this could go on forever. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be...not a fair question...I love ALL kinds food! Lastly, one interesting fact you may not know and should know...as a youngster I was involved in 4-H and I showed hogs at the fair and yes, I was good. If you happen to get me as your teacher you will be able to say, "My teacher was a Grand Champion Showman!" Not a lot of kids can say that about their teacher...
