I have been teaching since 2004.  I taught 3rd grade for 16 years, and now I am currently teaching 2nd graders.  My students are rockstars!  They light up my life with their joy and enthusiasm for learning. Every day is an adventure in our classroom, and I feel like I have the best job in the world. My students make me laugh, keep me up at night when I worry about them, and always make my day.  I am committed to educating students at their level, to loving my students no matter what, and to making learning engaging.

I graduated from NNU (Northwest Nazarene University), and I'm currently working on my Gifted and Talented endorsement.  I have one son who is the joy of my life.  We enjoy outdoor adventures, games, and reading together.
