Our purpose as MHS Cheerleaders is to promote school spirit by leading the crowd at school events and to act as role models in the eyes of our peers and the community.  We focus a great deal of our time on technical skills, cheers, stunts, and routines.  It is also important for us to concentrate on crowd leading and promoting good sportsmanship at all times.  The guidelines and high expectations set for cheerleaders are to help them achieve success in all they do--school, social activities, and future careers.  Our Viking cheerleaders work as a TEAM, and will be provided an amazing experience that will create memories and teach lessons that will last a lifetime.  We hope you will join us in our pursuit to be the best cheerleading program around, and come out to a game and support your school!
